This machine came to us as a brand new self propelled, wheeled stump grinder. We removed the wheels and axles and all associated hydraulics, then fabricated a rubber tracked undercarriage.

High volume chippers in a neat package to meet the specific needs of our clients, these two machines were originally 12" capacity, towable wheeled chippers. We manufactured the rubber tracked undercarriages and installed wireless remote controlled systems to the hydraulics.

Bandit 75XP Chipper converted to wireless remote controlled rubber tracked device
Global Recycling Ltd approached us and asked if we could install a rubber tracked undercarriage to their 75XP Chipper. We implemented a two speed hydraulic tracking system. This system was wireless remote controlled to meet requirements of the client.

Ifor Williams Trailer Crane
We recently adapted and installed a Hiab 033T Crane to fit onto an Ifor Williams trailer. We manufactured our own extendable, retractable jacking legs and have installed a Honda engine as the cranes independent hydraulic power source.

Wireless Remote Controlled Tracked Stump Grinding Machine
We are in the process of manufacturing a rubber tracked, wireless remote controlled stump grinding machine. This machine is 80hp and has extendable/retractable tracks, ranging between 889mm/35” for narrow access and 1320mm/52” for a stable grinding platform. The cutting capacity of the machine is 500mm/20” above and 500mm/20” below the ground level and the cutting arc is 2440mm/96”.

National Trust - Cwmmau Farmhouse
At the National Trust site Cwmmau Farmhouse at Brilley, Whitney-on-Wye, Herefordshire, we ground stumps on a project to restore a historical woodland ride. A requirement of the client was to minimise damage to any sensitive underlying features and due to the grinding machine being tracked it emits very low ground pressure, thus achieving this end.

St Catherine’s Edging Creation
Lawrence Tree Services engaged us in assisting with the engineering of lawn edging for a formal garden, from the architect’s plan. A definitive steel edge was created to separate the gravel path from the lawn area, incorporating segments for rose gardens.

Victorian Walled Garden in Bath
We were approached by Jonnie Wake, Director/Designer of Landmark Gardens Ltd, which specialize in hard and soft landscaping, to stump grind on one of their projects. Landmark Gardens were contracted to create a new garden within an original Victorian walled garden setting and they needed us to grind the area, where numerous trees had been cut down, prior to starting their work. Access to the property was via a crane lift due to the Victorian garden being completely walled in.
