In May 2012, we were approached by an intermediary in connection with a project at Willett House, Taunton. A listed, period fireplace was in need of sensitive restoration. Following an on-site evaluation, we at Bailey Forestry Engineering transported the fireplace to our workshop where we fabricated a bespoke insert out of specialist, heat resistant carbon steel. The renovated fireplace was then carefully transported back to Willett House, where it was reinstalled to its original position. Both the intermediary and the owners were highly satisfied with the superior quality of both the materials and the workmanship.
